1. Scope

These terms govern your use of pltechlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by PL Tech Labs, a registered sole proprietorship based in Gurugram, Haryana, India ("PL Tech Labs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.

2. What this Site is, and is not

The Site describes our company and the products we own. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of investment, a warranty, or professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of products are summaries; the product's own documentation and terms are authoritative.

Statements about plans or future products are forward-looking and may change without notice. We are under no obligation to build anything described here.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's content — text, layout, code, logos, and the PL Tech Labs and Metricstab names and marks — is owned by PL Tech Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may read, link to, quote, and share this content for ordinary informational and journalistic purposes with attribution. You may not use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist, and you may not copy the Site wholesale or present its content as your own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related system;
interfere with the Site's availability, including by automated request floods;
use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.

Ordinary crawling by search engines and AI assistants is welcome and is governed by our robots.txt.

The Site links to third-party websites, including our own product sites and those of our service providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any site we do not operate, and a link is not an endorsement.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PL Tech Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our handling of personal data on this Site is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: this Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the version in force. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site.
